C&I provided preliminary engineering to define the scope of work and to develop a +/10% capital cost estimate. C&I then provided detailed engineering for the project in all areas, construction support, and startup. The project involved the addition of barge loading vapor control equipment consisting of a liquid/vapor loading arm, a ground flare, blowers, natural gas enrichment system, condensate vessel, oxygen analyzer, and a PLC control system. Platforms and equipment supports were added to the existing dock and additions to the motor control center were made. Engineering and procurement of a 71’x53’ tank truck loading terminal. The project consisted of demolition of existing unloading area, design and installation of new truck mat and building foundation for a preengineered building. Prepare specification and procure for the preengineered building. New spill protection trenches and oily water sewer system at the truck mat, new pipe rack and pipe supports from storage tanks to the loading terminal, and installation of new flare stack, etc.
