The objective of this project is to provide the modifications necessary to bring the Unit Platformer heaters into compliance with the refiner’s current draft of the Safety Instrumented Systems Standards. C&I is to provide a Safety Requirements Specification (SRS) for the existing Platformer. This effort will include installing main burner flame scanners on a portion of the burners on each heater.
