C&I devised scopes of work for a major petroleum company (Optimization Project) at their Illinois refinery. C&I's involvement in the project consisted of several parts: FCCU scrubber, PTU (purge treatment unit), soda ash system, olefin/amine debottlenecking, condensate recovery, OWL (outfall water line) sump, and electrical infrastructure.
